Impact Desk

A proposed operational system for Vets on Set

Impact Desk is the system proposed to run Vets on Set's veteran and employer relationships — referrals, verified profiles and honest outcome reporting in one place.

Status: the software is built and working. It is not deployed, and it holds no real records.

What this is

A short application is reviewed before it becomes an operational record; once approved, the veteran maintains their own profile through a portal. Employer enquiries are handled the same careful way — an enquiry becomes a lead, then a staff-reviewed relationship with a named contact.

  • 01 Self-reported information stays visibly distinct from staff-verified information.
  • 02 Referrals are accountable: who made each change, and when, is always on record.
  • 03 Outcome check-ins are appended rather than overwriting earlier reports, so reporting stays auditable.
  • 04 Not a marketplace, an automated matching engine, or a compliance-certified verification system — a human always decides.
